Southfork GT Corner Damage Repaired with Tig Welding and New Material

Corner damage on an aluminum boat is one of those problems that looks bad and actually is bad. Left alone, it compromises the structural integrity of the hull - and on a performance boat like the Southfork GT, that's not something you can ignore.

We used tig welding and new aluminum material to repair the damaged corner section. The goal was simple - get the hull back to solid, clean geometry that holds up under real use. No shortcuts, no filler fixes.
