Custom TIG Welded Aluminum Boat Consoles Built to Order

Most boat owners settle for whatever console came stock on their rig. It fits okay, looks generic, and never quite works the way they want. We do things differently. Every console we build starts as bare aluminum sheet metal and gets shaped, bent, and TIG welded into exactly what you need for your specific setup.

Here's what the process looks like from start to finish. Raw aluminum gets cut and formed on the brake press, then hand TIG welded into a solid, clean unit. No shortcuts. The welds are tight, the corners are sharp, and the fitment is dialed in before it ever leaves the shop. From there, it goes to powder coat - and that glossy navy blue finish you can see sitting mounted on the Tracker is exactly what we're talking about. That's not paint. It's a durable, corrosion-resistant powder coat that holds up on the water.

We build consoles in multiple styles. Smaller center-mount units, larger enclosed consoles with a windshield - whatever fits your hull and your workflow.
